Which product is right for me? (Balm vs. Lotion vs. Butter)
Answer: It depends on the job! Our Tallow Balm is a concentrated healer for dry, cracked areas. Our Body Butter is whipped and airy for all-over moisture, and our Lotion is designed for a lightweight, daily silkiness. Each one uses our signature grass-fed tallow base for deep nourishment.
Where do you ship?
Answer: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re a small family operation, and we want to ensure every package arrives fresh and fast. As we grow, we hope to bring products to other countries!
What is your return policy?
Answer: Because our products are handcrafted and personal care items, all sales are final. If there’s a quality issue or a shipping mishap, let us know—we’ll always do our best to make it right for you!
Will it melt during shipping?
Answer: Since we use real, natural fats (especially in our Whipped Body Butters and Balms), they can soften in the heat. If your product arrives a bit soft, just let it settle at room temperature or in the fridge. It won't change the effectiveness—it’s just the nature of real, clean ingredients!
